Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs in vertebrates. Approximately 95% of the Creatine in the body is located in skeletal muscle. It helps to supply energy to all cells, primarily muscle, by increasing the formation of Adenosine TriPhosphate (ATP) acting as cell energy reserve also for muscle contractions.

100% CREATINE MONOHYDRATE contains the most studied Creatine form ever. Creatine in a 3 g daily dose is scientifically proven to increase performance in successive burst of short-term, high intensity exercise like weight training and interval cardio*.

Directions

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 grams of Creatine! Divide your bodyweight in kg by 3. That is the total amount of Creatine in grams you should take daily in the “loading phase” (first week of use). After that period, take no more than half of that amount for maintenance. Use on an empty stomach, mainly after training, with simple carbohydrates. Use 400 ml fluid for every 5 grams of Creatine to achieve proper solution. Don’t take more than 10 grams in one sitting, spread out the daily dose!

It doesn't really matter when you take Creatine during the day. You should keep your Creatine stores saturated.

During the loading phase (first week) take 15 grams (3 teaspoons) Creatine per day - in 3 doses (morning - before training - after training). After that period, take no more than half of that amount for maintenance.I like taking my Creatine after training but many people use it before training. It doesn't really matter because the goal is to keep the Creatine stores saturated. For the best results, take your Creatine with some simple carbs because insulin transports Creatine into the muscles.

No difference between training and rest days. The time is not that important. Right after a training is the best time.

How many Grams of carbohydrates should be consumed with each serving of 100% creatine?

It is not necessary to take carbs with Creatine. Basically the carbs will enhance Creatine uptake a bit, but it's basically just speeding the process up. You may consume 30-50 grams of simple carbs right after training with your Creatine if it fits in your diet. That can be helpful but not necessary.

Creatine is not a pre-workout energizer. You have to keep your muscles saturated with Creatine buy taking it on a daily basis. Some people take Creatine before training while others take it after training. Bot methods work. Take at least 3 grams per day!

hey,i want to know that how much the amount of water (in liter) i need to take in 24 hours during the consumption of creatine monohydrate,my body weight us 64 kg which meanz i need to take 20 grams in the ist loading week,is it possible tht i take 5 grams before & 5 grams after training?

Use 400 ml fluid for every 5 grams of Creatine to achieve proper solution. However, for normal functioning of your systems you need 4-6 l water per day.

If I use it 2 times a day (2x5 grams), second time is after the training, but when I'm supposed to use it first time? After I wake up, or before training? Also on off days when I'm not going to the gym, what's reccomended usage, how many times per day and when to take it?

Take the first serving with a meal that contains carbs. And take the second serving right after training with simple carbs. On off days take the servings with meals (which contain carbs). No difference between on and off days (in dosage).
