Net Protein Utilisation (NPU) is the percentage of ingested nitrogen that is retained in the body, and the Biological Value (BV) gives the percentage of absorbed nitrogen that is retained. Biological Value is the product of NPU and digestibility. Whey protein has good digestibility and amino acid composition, thus it’s Biological Value is great compared to other dietary protein sources like meat, fish, eggs or soy. You can use Creatine continuously without any breaks. Some people prefer cycle usage but it's not necessary.

Hi coach, just wonder if there is any side effect of Jumbo in relation to cardiovascular? I am quite skinny so it seems that Jumbo suits me but I can see from the nutrition fact that the product contains cholesterol while during the last check-up my cholesterol level (LDL, the bad cholesterol) measured has just hit the margin, meaning that I have to control cholesterol intake very tight. Theoretically you can get diarrhea from anything you consume if you have sensitivity to specific micro- or macronutrients. The protein content of JUMBO is made from milk. Maybe you are sensitive to milk derivatives. However, we receive this kind of feedback very rarely.

I think you have average bodytype and metabolism (but it's only a guess) so I suggest that you should use Jumbo Professional or Volumass 35 instead of Jumbo. MyoMax is rather a meal replacement powder. Drink a serving of Jumbo Prof or Volumass 35 a day, preferably right after training. You may drink another serving in the morning right after waking up.

So I'm wanting to gain weight and add muscle.
I've been on a regime for 3weeks using Jumbo Professional. Training 4times a week. I feel a little difference but want to maximise my gains. Should I use Jumbo original and how much dosage daily. (I am 5ft 11 and only 70kg) And is their any other scitec supplement I would benefit from as well.

I depends on several factors. Firstly, on your diet! Secondly, on your training program. Thirdly, on your other daily activities (on whether you have enough time to rest or not). If you want to gain weight you have to consume more calories than you burn. Drinking JUMBO shakes makes this task easier but the daily calorie surplus is a must. Gaining 10 pounds needs at least half year.

Jumbo is a muscle gainer designed for real hardgainers (skinny people). It can be stacked with whey protein, BCAA, Glutamine and other aminos. I think Jumbo would be really useful for you considering your bodyweight (relatively to your height). Drink your Jumbo shake around training time. Drink one or two whey shakes during the day. Take G-BCAA before and after training. The best time to take GHR-X is before going to sleep.

Hi I am extremely interested in buying this product however I have specific dietry requirements and I want to know if this would be suitable for me. Does this product contain any ingredients derived from animals? Fish and dairy products are fine however other animals like chicken or beef I can't consume. My height is 5 feet and 11 inches. I weigh 87 kgs. I usually consume the scitec 100% whey protein three times a day. On an empty stomach in morning and once during evening before exercise and once after exercise. I want to build huge muscle mass, so by consuming jumbo is it possible to gain muscle mass. I think that 1800 calories per day is too low if you want to build muscle - 3000 calories per day would be better. 3-4 scoops of Jumbo right after training would be OK for you.

Your total daily calorie- and protein-intake should be adjusted to your weight, height, age, metabolism, daily activity etc. The major part of this calorie- and protein intake should come from solid food . The remaining part should come from supplements, for example from Jumbo. So the 220 g is an average dose. The actual dose you should use may be lower or higher a bit depending not only on your weight but your solid food consumption as well.
